What do I need to play?

An Apple TV, iPhone, or iPad. On Apple TV you play with the Siri Remote on the big screen. Either way, gather a group in the same room and play together.

Do I need an account or an internet connection?

No. The games do not require an account and work fully offline.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.

The app is not working. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. If it still does not work, email support@nelsonconsultants.com with your device model and what you saw, and we will help.
